CHANGE THE QUALITY OF MOVEMENT AND YOU CHANGE THE QUALITY OF LIFE In this series of 2 one-day workshops you explore connecting with yourself through movement and dance. When you connect to the body and the expressive power of movement, you will relate more authentically to the people around you. Learning about your physical capacities and how they connect to mental and emotional layers, will generate vitality and energy in your life. This series will focus on the use of the spine and the head, telling you about your posture and masks in life. Guided by the Tamalpa Life/Art Process®, you will explore in-depth your movement possibilities and discover the connections to current life themes. The deep somatic focus of the Feldenkrais method allows you to go into the sensory layers of the body, teaching you how to move with more grace, ease and efficiency. You will alternate moving, drawing, writing, dancing and sharing with others. Playfully you create new ways of interacting with your surroundings from a more grounded sense of self. For full-embodiment treatment register for full series with special discount, or take separate workshops. All levels are welcome!
You will leave the workshop with: - more awareness of your body
